Quintessential Brands unveils salted caramel variant of Feeney’s Irish cream liqueur

Spirits firm Quintessential Brands has introduced salted caramel variant of Feeney’s Irish cream liqueur brand.

Feeney’s Salted Caramel is set to be a big hit this Autumn as trend forecasters predict a comeback for indulgence, referred to as the ‘sweet revenge’ trend.

The Cream Liqueur category is the only liqueur category forecast to grow by 2021 and with the popularity of salted caramel in beverages, desserts and confectionery continuing, the opportunity for Feeney’s Salted Caramel is evident.

Crafted in the small town of Abbeyleix in the heart of rural Ireland, Feeney’s Irish Cream Liqueurs is made from real Irish cream, sourced from farms around County Laois. Within 24 hours of leaving the farm, the cream is blended with Single Malt Irish Whiskey and rich salted caramel, resulting in a rich, yet balanced liqueur with an ABV of 17% that is best served on the rocks or as a chilled shot.

The news of the launch of Feeney’s Salted Caramel comes on the back of a run of recent award wins for Feeney’s Original, including a Gold Medal in the Los Angeles Spirit Competition this month. The brand came out on top in the Irish Quality Food & Drink Awards last year winning a Gold Medal and has also been awarded the best in class in the SIP Awards, one of the few competitions to be judged by consumers from all demographics, providing a true insight into consumers’ real preferences.

Feeney’s Salted Caramel will be available in 70cl bottles in markets across the USA as well as the UK and Ireland, priced at $19.99/£12.50/€20.00 respectively.
